Kayla strives to provide excellent service to her guests. In order to do so, please read the Cancellation, No-Show and Late Appointment policy. Cancellations and No-Shows leave gaps in her schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent her from being able to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments.
All appointments must be confirmed before 48 hours.
No refunds. Funds will be transferable if canceling or rescheduling before the 48 hours.
To cancel or reschedule, revisit “Confirmation Email” that was sent after booking. At the end of the email, click “Change/Cancel Appointment”.
Canceling after the 48 hours, and same day cancelation result in a 50% charge of service. Non transferable funds.
If you are a "no-show", funds are non transferable and client must pay for service.
If your appointment is cancelled by Kayla, your funds will be transferable for a future appointment.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for check-in. In the event you may be running late, you are allowed a 10 minute grace period. Please notify Kayla email@example.com. If your arrival time is after the grace period, appointment will be canceled and charged a cancellation fee of 50%, non transferable funds. Kayla has to prepare and be on time for the next guest.
